We know you are excited to receive your art! Here is everything you need to know about how we get your Hoot & Hue pieces from our studio to your home.
1. Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Art (Prints & Decor): Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).
- Original Paintings: These require extra care in packaging. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.
- Custom/Commissioned Orders: Timeline will be shared with you via email upon confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,500 across India.
- Flat Rate: For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pin codes. A convenience fee of ₹50 is charged for COD orders to cover courier handling.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, your order should arrive within:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or courier delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will receive an email and SMS with your Tracking Number and the courier partner’s name (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart). You can track your package live on their website.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship primarily within India.
- International Buyers: If you live outside India and love a piece, please email us at support@hootandhue.com. We can arrange a custom shipping quote.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package tracking has not moved for 5 days or says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately at support@hootandhue.com so we can escalate it with the courier partner.
